Position Overview:

SayPro is seeking motivated and enthusiastic TVET College graduates for a 12-month internship program. As a Graduate Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with state-owned entities and municipal partnerships. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the functioning of public sector organizations and enhance your professional skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of various projects related to state-owned entities and municipal partnerships.
• Support the coordination and management of activities aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making processes.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gain insights into public sector operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate from a TVET College with a qualification relevant to public administration, project management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
