Job Overview:
SayPro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated State-Owned Entities (SOEs) Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and managing partnerships with state-owned entities to enhance municipal services and performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with SOEs, strong project management skills, and a passion for driving organizational effectiveness and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with state-owned entities to support municipal projects and initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects involving SOEs, ensuring alignment with SayPro’s objectives and municipal needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, SOE executives, and community leaders.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess and monitor the performance of SOE partnerships, providing recommendations for improvements and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and policies related to SOE partnerships, ensuring they align with SayPro’s mission and goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership activities, project progress, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience working with state-owned entities, including experience in partnership development and project management.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the regulatory and operational frameworks of state-owned entities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
