Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Private Colleges Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with private colleges and institutions, ensuring a seamless collaboration that benefits both the colleges and the students we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with private colleges to understand their offerings and align them with student needs.
• Collaboration Development: Identify opportunities for partnerships, program development, and initiatives that enhance educational access and quality.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends in private college education and student preferences.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for private colleges, facilitating clear communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote private college offerings and foster connections with prospective students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in partnership development, relationship management, or higher education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
