Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Private Colleges Manager to lead our initiatives in engaging and supporting private colleges. This role will involve developing strong relationships with college administrators, understanding their needs, and implementing strategies that drive success for both the institutions and SayPro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at private colleges to understand their challenges and opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the goals of SayPro and the needs of partner colleges.
• Program Development: Design and implement programs and services that enhance the educational experience and operational efficiency of partner colleges.
• Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and feedback from partner colleges to inform decision-making and improve service offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
• Advocacy: Represent SayPro at industry events, conferences, and meetings, advocating for the needs and interests of private colleges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in higher education, particularly in a managerial or partnership role.
• Strong understanding of the private college landscape and related challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
