Fellowship Overview

The SayPro Partnership Private Colleges Fellow will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by collaborating with private colleges to develop and implement programs that enhance student engagement and career readiness. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in higher education, program development, and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner Institutions: Work closely with private colleges to identify their needs and develop tailored programs that support student success.
• Program Development: Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aimed at increasing student engagement and career readiness.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in higher education partnerships and assess program effectiveness through data analysis.
• Outreach & Communication: Develop communication strategies to promote programs, including newsletters, social media, and events.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, administration, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Passion for Education: A strong commitment to enhancing student experiences and outcomes in higher education.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
