Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the education sector, working closely with our instructors and administrative staff to support the delivery of TVET programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, eager to learn, and committed to making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of training programs and workshops.
• Support instructors in delivering curriculum content and engaging with students.
• Help with administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and communication with students and stakeholders.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote our programs and recruit participants.
• Gather feedback from students and instructors to help improve program offerings.
• Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program in Education, Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Passion for education and community development.
