Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Education Centers Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our community education initiatives, facilitating programs, and engaging with local stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and workshops tailored to community needs.
- Foster partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to promote collaboration and resource sharing.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the community education centers, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and staff involved in educational programs.
- Monitor and report on program outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Organize community events and outreach activities to promote educational resources and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation, finances, and other relevant data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community engagement, education, or program management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology and social media for program promotion and engagement.
