Job Description: We are seeking passionate and motivated Freelance Educators to join our team at SayPro Partnership Community Education Centers. As a Freelance Educator, you will have the opportunity to create and deliver engaging educational programs tailored to the diverse needs of our community members. You will work collaboratively with our team to inspire lifelong learning and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs in various subjects (e.g., literacy, technology, arts, life skills).
- Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops and classes.
- Assess learners’ needs and tailor materials accordingly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators and community partners.
- Provide feedback and reports on program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in teaching or facilitating educational programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for community engagement and empowerment.
- Experience with diverse populations is a plus.
- Relevant educational background (degree or certification in education, social work, or a related field) preferred.
