The Municipality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Owned Entities Manager to oversee and manage partnerships with municipally owned entities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of municipal operations and partnership management to drive effective collaborations and enhance the performance of municipally owned entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipally owned entities to ensure alignment with municipal goals and objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement strategic plans for partnership growth and development.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership entities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure all partnership activities comply with municipal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on partnership performance, financials, and key metrics to senior management.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to partnership initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address issues, resolve conflicts, and promote mutual objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership management, municipal administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of municipal operations and governance.
• Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant partnership management software.
