The Municipality Partnership Office is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Municipality Partnership Owned Entities Fellow. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with municipal-owned entities, fostering partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation across various sectors. The Fellow will play a critical role in supporting the strategic goals of municipal partnerships, contributing to sustainable development and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with municipal-owned entities to identify partnership opportunities, streamline operations, and improve service delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis on best practices in municipal governance, public-private partnerships, and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of partnership strategies that align with municipal objectives and community needs.
• Support project management efforts, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of partnership initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication between municipal entities, private sector partners, and community organizations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences related to municipal partnerships and public administration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of partnership processes and frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong interest in municipal governance, public-private partnerships, and community development.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
