Job Summary:
The SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Strategic Planning Officer will guide and support the organisation’s strategic planning efforts. This role involves evaluating and aligning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with organisational deliverables, providing strategic planning advisory services, and offering guidance on developing and managing key strategic documents. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic analysis, advisory, and documentation to support effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Strategic Planning KPI versus Deliverables:
– Develop and implement frameworks for evaluating KPIs about organisational deliverables.
– Monitor and analyse performance data to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
– Provide insights and recommendations for adjusting KPIs and deliverables to enhance strategic outcomes.
SayPro Strategic Planning Advisory:
– Offer expert advisory services to senior management and teams on strategic planning processes and methodologies.
– Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and meetings to guide the development of actionable strategies.
– Analyze internal and external factors impacting strategic plans and provide recommendations for adjustments.
SayPro Strategic Planning and Key Documents Advisory:
– Advise on creating and refining vital strategic documents, including strategic plans, business cases, and implementation plans.
– Ensure strategic documents are comprehensive, aligned with organisational objectives, and compliant with relevant standards.
– Review and provide feedback on strategic documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of [X] years of experience in strategic planning, advisory roles, or management consulting.
– Proven expertise in developing and managing KPIs, strategic planning processes, and critical documents.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and align them with organisational goals.
