Job Summary:

The SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for consistently applying quality assurance practices across all M&E activities. This role focuses on standardising quality processes, upholding ethical guidelines, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining the integrity and credibility of M&E outputs. The Specialist will oversee service delivery quality and work to ensure that all processes and results adhere to the highest standards of consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

SayPro Standardisation Quality Assurance:
– Develop and implement standardised quality assurance procedures for M&E activities.
– Ensure uniform application of quality standards across all M&E processes.
– Review and update standard operating procedures to reflect best practices and emerging trends.

SayPro Ethical Guidelines:
– Ensure all M&E activities adhere to established ethical guidelines and industry standards.
– Provide training and support to staff on ethical practices and the importance of compliance.
– Address and resolve ethical issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

SayPro Policy Compliance:
– Monitor and enforce compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to M&E.
– Review and update policies to ensure they remain relevant and practical.
– Conduct periodic audits to assess adherence to policies and recommend improvements.
SayPro Integrity and Credibility:
– Promote and uphold the highest data integrity and credibility standards in all M&E activities.
– Ensure accuracy and reliability of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
– Address any data integrity or credibility issues and implement corrective actions.

SayPro Service Delivery Quality Assurance:
– Oversee the quality of service delivery in M&E activities, ensuring that services meet or exceed established standards.
– Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance service delivery.
– Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

SayPro Consistency:
– Ensure consistency in the organisation’s M&E processes, documentation, and reporting.
– Develop and maintain templates and guidelines to support uniformity in M&E activities.
– Conduct regular reviews to ensure consistent application of quality assurance practices.

SayPro Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of [X] years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, or a similar role.
– Proven experience developing and implementing quality assurance processes and maintaining policy compliance.
– Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and best practices in M&E.
