The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks and ethical guidelines and ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. The learnership will provide hands-on experience establishing and monitoring quality standards, addressing ethical issues, and enhancing service delivery through continuous improvement.
SayPro Key Responsibilities
SayPro Standardization Quality Assurance
– Develop Quality Standards: Create and document standards for M&E practices and processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
– Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and enforce SOPs to maintain consistency across M&E activities.
– Monitor Adherence to Standards: Track and assess compliance with established quality standards.
– Conduct Quality Audits: Perform regular audits to evaluate adherence to quality standards.
– Review and Update Standards: Regularly review and update quality standards to reflect best practices and evolving needs.
– Train Staff on Standards: Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
– Develop Standardization Tools: Create tools and resources to support the implementation of quality standards.
– Evaluate Standardization Impact: Assess the effectiveness of standardisation efforts on overall M&E quality.
