Job Summary:
The SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the highest quality, consistency, and compliance standards across all M&E activities. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, maintaining adherence to ethical guidelines and policy standards, and overseeing service delivery to ensure integrity and credibility. The Specialist will work to uphold the organisation’s reputation for excellence by enforcing rigorous quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Quality Assurance:
– Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards for M&E activities.
– Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
– Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance quality across M&E operations.
SayPro Ethical Guidelines:
– Ensure that ethical guidelines and industry best practices conduct all M&E activities.
– Provide guidance and training to staff on ethical considerations and compliance.
– Address ethical concerns and provide solutions to maintain high ethical standards in all processes.
SayPro Policy Compliance:
– Monitor and enforce compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to M&E activities.
– Review and update policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective in guiding M&E practices.
– Conduct regular reviews to ensure all M&E processes align with established policies.
SayPro Integrity and Credibility:
– Promote a culture of integrity and credibility within the M&E team and the organisation.
– Ensure that all data and reports are accurate, reliable, and reflect actual performance.
– Address any issues related to data integrity and credibility promptly and effectively.
SayPro Service Delivery Quality Assurance:
– Oversee the quality of service delivery in M&E activities, ensuring that services meet or exceed established standards.
– Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance service delivery.
– Monitor service delivery performance and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
SayPro Consistency:
– Ensure consistency in the organisation’s M&E processes, reporting, and documentation.
– Develop and maintain standardised procedures and templates to ensure uniformity in M&E activities.
– Conduct regular reviews to ensure consistent application of quality assurance practices.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of [X] years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, or a similar role.
– Proven expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and maintaining policy compliance.
– Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and best practices in M&E.
