Job Overview:
SayPro seeks a dedicated and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Specialist to enhance our M&E systems and support our marketing strategies. The specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing M&E systems, managing data collection and analytics, and contributing to strategic planning and performance reviews. This role involves working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other departments to ensure that M&E activities effectively support organisational goals and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro M&E Systems Design & Implementation:
– Develop and design robust M&E systems tailored to organisational needs and marketing strategies.
– Oversee the deployment and effective integration of these systems into daily operations.
SayPro System Management:
– Ensure ongoing maintenance and functionality of M&E systems.
– Address technical issues and perform system updates as necessary.
SayPro Data Management & Reporting:
– Collect, track, and manage relevant marketing and departmental performance data.
– Produce and present detailed reports on data findings, including trends, insights, and recommendations.
SayPro Data Analytics:
– Perform comprehensive data analysis to assess marketing effectiveness and operational performance.
– Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
SayPro Plans Review & Advisory:
– Review annual performance and strategic plans, providing expert advice and recommendations based on M&E data.
– Support the development and refinement of strategic objectives and performance indicators.
SayPro Departmental Monitoring & Evaluation:
– Monitor and evaluate departmental activities to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
– Implement corrective actions as needed to improve performance and achieve strategic objectives.
SayPro Revenue Generation Support:
– Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
– Track and analyse revenue-related metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
SayPro Meeting Coordination:
– Organize and participate in meetings related to M&E activities, strategic planning, and performance reviews.
– Facilitate discussions and provide updates on M&E progress and outcomes.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
– Significant experience in monitoring and evaluation, with a strong background in M&E systems design and implementation.
– Proficiency in data collection, tracking, assessment, and advanced data analytics.
– Demonstrated ability to prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations.
– Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
– Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
