Role Overview
As an M&E Specialist – Learning and Insights at SayPro, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from monitoring and evaluation activities to inform organisational learning and improvement. You will identify best practices, document lessons learned, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Your work will help shape future planning, enhance organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Insights
– Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyse data from various M&E activities to identify key insights and trends.
– Reporting: Summarize findings from reports and evaluations to highlight significant trends and actionable insights.
– Communication: Share insights with relevant teams and stakeholders to inform their work and decision-making.
– Repository Management: Create and maintain a repository of insights for future reference and learning.
– Visualization: Develop visualisations and summaries to make insights more accessible and understandable.
2. Best Practices
– Identification: Identify and document best practices from successful programs and projects.
– Review and Interviews: Conduct reviews and interviews to gather examples of practical approaches.
– Dissemination: Share best practices across the organisation through workshops, reports, and other communication channels.
– Guidelines Development: Develop guidelines and tools based on best practices for broader adoption.
– Monitoring: Monitor the application of best practices and assess their impact on organisational performance.
3. Lesson Learned

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Data Analysis, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
