Job Overview:
SayPro is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation/Evaluation Specialist to spearhead impact assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services. This role requires a keen analytical mind and strong evaluation skills to assess program outcomes, review strategic documents, and identify areas for improvement. The specialist will ensure our initiatives achieve their desired impact and contribute to organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Impact Assessment Evaluation:
– Lead comprehensive impact assessments to evaluate various programs and services’ long-term effects and effectiveness.
– Analyze data to measure the outcomes and overall impact on target populations and organisational objectives.
SayPro Programme/Service Effectiveness Evaluation:
– Assess the effectiveness of programs and services, including their alignment with established goals and benchmarks.
– Identify and report on program strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
SayPro Assessment Evaluation:
– Evaluate assessment tools and methodologies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
– Develop and recommend enhancements to assessment processes as needed.
SayPro Impact Studies Evaluation:
– Design and conduct impact studies to gauge the broader effects of programs and services on communities and stakeholders.
– Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods for data collection and analysis.
SayPro Outcomes Evaluation:
– Measure and evaluate the outcomes of programs to determine their success in achieving intended results.
– Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on outcomes evaluations to support program refinement and development.
SayPro Strategic and Key Documents Evaluation:
– Review and assess strategic documents, including policies, plans, and reports, to ensure they are effective and aligned with organisational goals.
– Offer feedback and recommendations for improving strategic documents and enhancing their impact.
SayPro Programme Timeline Review:
– Evaluate program timelines to ensure they are realistic and aligned with project goals.
– Monitor progress and propose timeline adjustments to address any delays or challenges.
SayPro Areas of Improvement Review / Resolutions Evaluation:
– Identify and analyse areas for improvement in program implementation and effectiveness.
– Develop and recommend solutions to address issues and enhance program performance.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
– Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, focusing on impact assessments and program effectiveness.
– Expertise in evaluation methodologies, impact studies, and outcomes assessment.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and research techniques.
– Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations effectively.
– Experience in reviewing strategic documents and managing program timelines.

– Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
