Job Overview:
SayPro is seeking a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation/Evaluation Officer to lead impact assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive evaluations to measure various initiatives’ impact, outcomes, and effectiveness. This role involves assessing strategic documents, reviewing program timelines, and identifying improvement areas, focusing on providing actionable recommendations to enhance organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Impact Assessment Evaluation:
– Conduct detailed impact assessments to measure programs and services’ effectiveness and long-term outcomes.
– Analyze data to determine the impact of interventions on target populations and organisational goals.
SayPro Programme/Service Effectiveness Evaluation:
– Evaluate the effectiveness of various programs and services by assessing their performance against established goals and benchmarks.
– Identify strengths and weaknesses in program delivery and outcomes.
SayPro Assessment Evaluation:
– Evaluate assessment tools and methodologies to ensure they are accurate, reliable, and aligned with evaluation objectives.
– Develop and implement improved assessment techniques as needed.
SayPro Impact Studies Evaluation:
– Lead and manage impact studies to assess the broader effects of programs and services on communities and stakeholders.
– Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather and analyse data.
SayPro Outcomes Evaluation:
– Measure and analyse the outcomes of programs to determine their success in achieving desired results.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on outcome evaluations to guide future program development.
SayPro Strategic and Key Documents Evaluation:
– Review and evaluate strategic documents, including policies, plans, and reports, to ensure they align with organisational objectives and best practices.
– Provide feedback on strategic document effectiveness and suggest improvements.
SayPro Programme Timeline Review:
– Assess program timelines to ensure they are realistic and aligned with project goals and deliverables.
– Monitor progress and make recommendations for adjustments to timelines as necessary.
SayPro Areas of Improvement Review / Resolutions Evaluation:
– Identify areas for improvement in program implementation and effectiveness.
– Develop and propose solutions to address identified issues and enhance program performance.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
– Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, with a strong focus on impact assessment and program effectiveness.
– Expertise in conducting evaluations, including impact studies and outcomes assessments.
– Proficiency in data analysis, research methods, and evaluation techniques.
– Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
– Experience with strategic document evaluation and program management.

– Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
