SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation – Capacity Building Specialist
Job Summary:
The SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Capacity Building Specialist is responsible for enhancing the skills and capabilities of staff and stakeholders involved in data management through targeted training and support. This role focuses on delivering post-investigation and post-auditing training, providing ongoing guidance, and supporting capacity-building initiatives to effectively address and manage data-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Post-Investigation Training:
– Develop and conduct training programs to improve staff understanding and skills related to post-investigation processes.
– Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
SayPro Post-Auditing Training:
– Design and deliver training sessions on post-auditing procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
– Produce and maintain training resources that cover audit methodologies, compliance requirements, and effective reporting techniques.
– Facilitate practical training exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge and enhance practical skills.
SayPro Support and Guidance:
– Provide expert guidance and support to monitoring, investigation, and auditing teams.
– Act as a resource for addressing questions and challenges related to data quality, auditing processes, and investigation outcomes.
– Offer tailored advice and solutions to improve internal practices and address complex data issues.
SayPro Incident Capacity Support:
– Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the organisation’s capacity to handle and respond to data-related incidents.
– Conduct capacity assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in incident management.
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive incident resolution and support approach.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– At least [X] years of experience in training, capacity building, or a related role focusing on data management and evaluation.
– Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs related to investigation and auditing processes.
– In-depth knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data auditing practices, and incident management.
– Strong skills in communication and presentation, with the ability to make complex information accessible and engaging.
– Proven ability to assess training needs, create compelling content, and measure the impact of training initiatives.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
