SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation - Capacity Building Officer
Job Summary:
The SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Capacity Building Officer will develop and deliver training programs focused on post-investigation and post-auditing processes. This role will also provide support, guidance, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance the capabilities of team members and stakeholders involved in monitoring and evaluation activities. The Capacity Building Officer will ensure that all personnel have the skills and knowledge to effectively manage and address data-related incidents and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Post-Investigation Training:
– Design and deliver training programs focused on best practices and methodologies for post-investigation processes.
– Develop training materials and resources, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
– Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations and adjust content as necessary.
SayPro Post-Auditing Training:
– Create and implement training sessions on post-auditing procedures and techniques.
– Ensure training covers key areas such as audit methodologies, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
– Provide hands-on training and simulations to reinforce learning and practical application.
SayPro Support and Guidance:
– Offer ongoing support and guidance to staff involved in monitoring, investigation, and auditing processes.
– Serve as a point of contact for questions and challenges related to data management and quality control.
– Provide expert advice on resolving complex data issues and improving internal practices.
SayPro Incident Capacity Support:
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organisation’s capacity to manage and respond to data-related incidents.
– Conduct assessments to identify areas where additional support or training is needed.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated incident management and resolution approach.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of [X] years of experience in training, capacity building, or a similar role, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.
– Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs related to data management, auditing, and investigation.
– Strong knowledge of monitoring and evaluation processes, data auditing techniques, and incident management.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information understandably.
– Ability to assess training needs, develop tailored content, and evaluate training effectiveness.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
