The M&E Specialist – Capacity Building Learnership at SayPro is a critical role focused on developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge based on investigation and audit findings. This role involves creating and implementing training modules, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support to ensure our teams effectively respond to identified gaps and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in training development, capacity building, and a deep understanding of M&E practices.
SayPro Key Responsibilities
SayPro Post-Investigation Training
– Develop Training Modules: Create training modules based on findings from recent investigations to address identified knowledge and skill gaps.
– Conduct Needs Assessments: Identify specific training needs arising from investigation outcomes.
– Deliver Workshops: Organize and lead workshops to address skills and knowledge gaps identified during investigations.
– Create Training Materials: Prepare instructional materials for post-investigation training, such as presentations and handbooks.
– Evaluate Effectiveness: Assess the impact of post-investigation training on staff performance and knowledge.
– Update Programs: Revise training content based on feedback and evolving needs.
SayPro Post-Auditing Training
– Design Programs: Develop training programs tailored to address issues discovered in audits.
– Conduct Sessions: Facilitate training sessions to improve understanding and handling of audit findings.
