About the Internship:
SayPro is offering a comprehensive 18-month internship program for TVET College graduates with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in various aspects of mechanical engineering, including design, manufacturing, maintenance, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
• Support the engineering team in the analysis and testing of mechanical designs.
• Participate in the maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Conduct research on new materials, methods, and technologies to improve engineering processes.
• Help in the coordination of manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Participate in project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Must be a TVET College graduate with a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
