Job Overview:
SayPro seeks an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a robust background in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Systems Design and Implementation. This role will involve leading the development and execution of marketing strategies while overseeing M&E systems to ensure effective data tracking, assessment, and analytics. The CMO will be instrumental in optimising departmental performance, generating revenue, and monitoring strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro M&E Systems Design & Implementation:
– Develop and design comprehensive M&E systems tailored to marketing strategies.
– Oversee the implementation and integration of these systems within marketing operations.
SayPro System Management:
– Ensure effective deployment and maintenance of M&E systems.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system performance.
SayPro Chief Marketing Officer Duties:
– Lead the marketing department and strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
– Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
– Manage marketing budgets and track performance metrics.
SayPro Reports and Data Management:
– Generate and analyse reports related to marketing performance and M&E data.
– Ensure timely and accurate data reporting to relevant stakeholders.
SayPro Data Tracking & Analytics:
– Implement systems for tracking marketing metrics and M&E indicators.
– Conduct data assessment, sampling, and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
SayPro Plans Review & Advisory:
– Review and advise on annual performance plans for marketing and M&E.
– Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and performance evaluations.
SayPro Departmental Monitoring & Evaluation:
– Monitor and evaluate departmental activities to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
– Implement corrective actions as needed to enhance departmental performance.
SayPro Revenue Generation:
– Develop strategies to generate and maximise revenue through marketing initiatives.
– Monitor revenue streams and optimise marketing efforts to achieve financial targets.
SayPro Strategic Plans Monitoring:
– Monitor Chiefs’ strategic plans to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
– Track progress and provide reports on strategic plan implementation.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– Extensive experience in marketing management and M&E systems design.
– Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
– Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in M&E software and tools.
