Job Summary:
The SayPro Jobs Manager will oversee and manage a comprehensive range of opportunities listed on the SayPro platform. This role involves creating, organizing, and maintaining listings for tenders, bids, proposals, funding, bursaries, learnerships, volunteer work, scholarships, internships, and other career-related opportunities. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless functionality of all listings, implement advanced search and filter options, and maintain high standards for content management and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Tender Opportunities
- Post Listings: Develop and manage a dedicated section or custom post type for tender opportunities.
- Submission Forms: Create and maintain user-friendly forms for tender submissions.
- Category Filters: Implement filtering options by industry, region, or tender type.
- Deadline Tracking: Display and track deadlines and submission statuses clearly.
SayPro Bid Opportunities
- Bid Submission: Enable users to post and manage bids through an intuitive interface.
- Bid Categories: Organize bids into categories or project types for easy navigation.
- Bid Deadlines: Provide clear deadlines and closing times for each bid.
SayPro Proposal Opportunities
- Proposal Listings: Develop a section for posting various proposals.
- Submission Guidelines: Offer guidelines and templates for proposal submissions.
