We are currently seeking a vibrant HR Intern to do a twelve month internship within our HR department. You will be responsible for assisting the team with the tasks below including contributing to special projects as assigned.

This opportunity will help you to gain valuable experience and skills in HR, while being supported by the team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:

Assisting with monthly payroll administration
Assisting with month-end reporting
Assisting with record keeping and additional clerical responsibilities
Assisting with training administration and training plan
Assisting with Job Description, Probation Evaluation and Performance Appraisal administration
Preparation of Contracts
Updating and maintaining employee files
Working closely with HR team to assist with onboarding Induction Program
Assisting with various projects that will be determined by HR team
Performs other duties as assigned
Desired Experience & Qualification
The Idea Candidate has:

BCom HR Degree
Must be efficient in Mricrosoft Office Programs – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Superior wirtten & verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work within a team
Must be organised and reliable
Respect for confidentiality at all times
Work in a fast-paced envvironment and adhere to deadlines
Package & Remuneration
Monthly Stipend of R10 000 – R12 000.00 based on qualification.
