Job Summary: The SayPro Human Capital Office Volunteer will assist in various HR functions, focusing primarily on talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. This role will provide an opportunity to work across multiple aspects of human capital management, ensuring the growth and well-being of SayPro’s employees and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Job Analysis: Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
- Job Posting: Manage job advertisements through job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and approach potential candidates via networking and sourcing platforms.
- Application Management: Track application submissions, schedule interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Interviewing: Participate in conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate potential candidates.
- Offer Management: Support in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and onboarding selected candidates.

- Orientation Programs: Help design and facilitate orientation programs to welcome new hires and volunteers.
- Training: Assist in initial training on company policies, systems, and SayPro’s organizational culture.
- Integration: Support the seamless integration of new employees into their teams and roles.
