Job Title: SayPro Human Capital Office Volunteer – Talent Acquisition and Employee Development

Job Summary: The SayPro Human Capital Office Volunteer will assist in various HR functions, focusing primarily on talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. This role will provide an opportunity to work across multiple aspects of human capital management, ensuring the growth and well-being of SayPro’s employees and volunteers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Talent Acquisition SayPro 

SayPro Recruitment  

  • Job Analysis: Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions. 
  • Job Posting: Manage job advertisements through job boards, social media, and other relevant channels. 
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and approach potential candidates via networking and sourcing platforms. 
  • Application Management: Track application submissions, schedule interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline. 
  • Interviewing: Participate in conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate potential candidates. 
  • Offer Management: Support in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and onboarding selected candidates. 

SayPro Onboarding 

  • Orientation Programs: Help design and facilitate orientation programs to welcome new hires and volunteers. 
  • Training: Assist in initial training on company policies, systems, and SayPro’s organizational culture. 
  • Integration: Support the seamless integration of new employees into their teams and roles. 

SayPro Employee Development 

SayPro Training and Development 

  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate to identify training needs through performance reviews and assessments. 
  • Program Design: Contribute to the development and implementation of training workshops and development programs. 
  • Training Delivery: Conduct or coordinate training sessions for employees and volunteers. 
  • Skills Development: Offer opportunities for employees to enhance their professional skills and career growth.

  • Career Planning: Assist employees with career path planning and personal development strategies. 
  • Mentoring Programs: Help establish mentoring programs to foster employee growth and leadership development. 
  • Succession Planning: Support succession planning by identifying and nurturing potential future leaders. 

SayPro Performance Management 

SayPro Performance Reviews 

  • Review Systems: Assist in developing and managing the performance review process, ensuring consistency. 
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Provide feedback to employees and volunteers based on their performance reviews. 
  • Goal Setting: Work with staff to set and track their performance goals. 

SayPro Performance Improvement 

  • Performance Improvement Plans: Help design and implement plans to address employee performance issues. 
  • Recognition Programs: Assist in developing recognition programs to reward high performance and achievements.

  • Engagement Surveys: Conduct surveys to gather data on employee satisfaction and engagement levels. 
  • Action Plans: Assist in creating action plans based on survey data to boost engagement and morale. 

SayPro Conflict Resolution 

  • Grievance Handling: Help manage and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner. 
  • Mediation: Support mediation sessions to resolve workplace conflicts. 

SayPro Communication 

  • Internal Communication: Assist in managing internal communication channels and strategies. 
  • Feedback Channels: Maintain feedback mechanisms to facilitate open communication between employees and management.

  • Salary Structure: Assist in reviewing and maintaining competitive salary structures and packages. 
  • Payroll Management: Support the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payments.

  • Benefits Enrollment: Assist employees with enrolling in benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans). 
  • Benefits Communication: Help communicate benefits options and updates to employees. 

SayPro Compliance and Policy Management

  • HR Policies: Assist in the creation and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks. 

SayPro Legal Compliance 

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Workforce Analysis: Help analyze SayPro’s current workforce and identify future staffing needs. 
  • Staffing Plans: Develop and support staffing plans that align with organizational goals.

  • Wellness Programs: Contribute to the promotion of wellness initiatives that support employee health. 

SayPro Data Management and Reporting 

SayPro HR Metrics 

  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to guide decision-making and reporting.

SayPro DEI Programs 

  • Recruitment: Assist in developing strategies to recruit a diverse and inclusive workforce. 

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
