As a SayPro Human Capital Office University Graduate Intern, you will assist in various human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and compliance. - Job Analysis: Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
- Job Posting: Post job openings on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Candidate Sourcing: Use networking and sourcing platforms to identify and approach potential candidates.
- Application Management: Track and manage submitted applications, ensuring timely updates to candidates.
- Interviewing: Support interview scheduling and participate in assessments and evaluations of candidates.
