Job Overview: 

As a SayPro Human Capital Office University Graduate Intern, you will assist in various human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR systems. You will support the organization’s efforts to foster a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Analysis: Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions. 
  • Job Posting: Post job openings on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, etc.). 
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use networking and sourcing platforms to identify and approach potential candidates. 
  • Application Management: Track and manage submitted applications, ensuring timely updates to candidates. 
  • Interviewing: Support interview scheduling and participate in assessments and evaluations of candidates. 
  • Offer Management: Assist in drafting and extending job offers, ensuring proper communication with candidates. 

SayPro Onboarding 

  • Orientation Programs: Help design and conduct orientation sessions for new hires. 
  • Training: Support the provision of initial training on company policies, systems, and culture. 
  • Integration: Facilitate the integration of new employees into their teams and roles.

  • Training Needs Analysis: Participate in identifying training needs based on performance reviews and assessments.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software is a plus.
