Job Summary:
The SayPro Human Capital Office TVET College Graduate Intern will assist in various human capital functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and more. This role is designed to provide practical experience to a TVET College graduate while contributing to the overall HR strategy of SayPro.

- Job Analysis: Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
- Job Posting: Support in advertising job openings across job boards and social media.
- Candidate Sourcing: Help identify and approach potential candidates through networking and sourcing platforms.
- Application Management: Manage the submission and tracking of job applications.
- Interviewing: Participate in interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.

Qualifications:
- TVET College graduate with a focus on Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Duration:
12-month internship with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance.
