Job Summary:
The SayPro Human Capital Office Specialist will play a critical role in managing various human capital functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, health and well-being, data management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This role is vital to driving organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Talent Acquisition
SayPro Recruitment:
- Job Analysis: Define roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
- Job Posting: Advertise job openings through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media).
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize networking, sourcing platforms, and other methods to identify potential candidates.
- Application Management: Oversee submission and tracking of applications to ensure timely processing.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

- Orientation Programs: Develop and facilitate orientation for new hires.
- Training: Provide initial training on company policies, systems, and culture.
- Integration: Assist new employees with integration into their teams and roles.
