Job Summary:
The SayPro Human Capital Office Manager will oversee all human capital management functions, ensuring the efficient recruitment, development, and retention of high-quality talent while fostering an inclusive, productive, and positive workplace culture. This role is responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee development programs, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and data management, as well as driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

- Job Analysis: Define roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions in collaboration with department heads.
- Job Posting: Advertise job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and career websites).
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and approach potential candidates through networking and sourcing platforms.
- Application Management: Handle the submission, screening, and tracking of job applications.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the qualifications and cultural fit of candidates.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proven experience in leading HR teams and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis.
