Job Overview:
The SayPro Human Capital Office Learnership provides hands-on experience in various human resources (HR) functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives. The learner will gain practical knowledge in implementing HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and managing employee relations.

- Job Analysis: Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
- Job Posting: Help in posting job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media).
- Candidate Sourcing: Support the sourcing of potential candidates using networking and recruitment platforms.
- Application Management: Help in tracking applications and maintaining the applicant database.
- Interviewing: Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
- Offer Management: Support the extension of job offers and negotiate terms under supervision.

Qualifications:
