Overview:
The SayPro Human Capital Office Freelancer will be responsible for supporting various human capital initiatives within the organization. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, compliance, workforce planning, health and well-being programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As a freelancer, you will work on a project basis to deliver high-quality HR solutions and contribute to the development of SayPro’s dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Talent Acquisition
SayPro Recruitment
- Job Analysis: Define roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions in coordination with department heads.
- Job Posting: Advertise job openings through various channels such as job boards, social media, and SayPro’s website.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and approach potential candidates through networking, sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), and SayPro’s talent pool.
- Application Management: Handle the submission, tracking, and initial screening of applications.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluation of candidates to match the job requirements.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
SayPro Onboarding
- Orientation Programs: Develop and deliver orientation programs for new hires.
- Training: Provide initial training on SayPro’s policies, systems, and organizational culture.
- Integration: Assist new employees in integrating into their teams and assigned roles to ensure a smooth transition.

- Training Needs Analysis: Identify employee training needs through performance assessments and department feedback.

- Proficiency in HR software and data management systems.
