Job Overview:
The SayPro Human Capital Office Fellow is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of human capital strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, health and well-being, data management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in multiple facets of human resources while contributing to SayPro’s mission of empowering youth and communities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Job Analysis: Define roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions to align with organizational needs.
- Job Posting: Advertise job openings across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking platforms).
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through networking, headhunting, and sourcing platforms.
- Application Management: Manage the entire application process, including submissions, tracking, and communication with candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to determine candidate suitability.
- Offer Management: Manage the job offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.

- Orientation Programs: Develop and conduct comprehensive orientation programs for new hires.
- Training: Provide initial training on company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Integration: Facilitate new employees’ integration into teams and their roles within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and other relevant HR tools.
