Position Title: SayPro Health Program Evaluations Research Fellow
SayPro Position Summary:
The SayPro Health Program Evaluations Research Fellow will play a pivotal role in advancing our understanding of health program efficacy and outcomes. This position involves conducting rigorous evaluations of SayPro’s health initiatives, analyzing data to assess program impact, and providing actionable insights to drive improvements. The Fellow will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of evidence-based strategies to enhance public health interventions.
SayPro Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Evaluation Design and Implementation:
– Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation plans for health programs.
– Design research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, to assess program effectiveness.
– Coordinate data collection activities, ensuring adherence to ethical and methodological standards.
SayPro Data Analysis and Interpretation:
– Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools and software.
– Interpret findings to evaluate program impact and identify trends.
– Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders.
SayPro Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
– Work closely with program managers, health practitioners, and external partners to gather input and feedback.
– Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss evaluation results and strategic recommendations.
– Support the integration of evaluation findings into program planning and decision-making processes.
SayPro Research and Knowledge Dissemination:
– Conduct literature reviews to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in health program evaluation.

SayPro Qualifications:
– Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Public Health, Health Policy, Epidemiology, or a related field.
– Demonstrated experience in program evaluation, research methodology, and data analysis.
– Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) and data visualization tools.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
– Knowledge of health program management and public health principles.
