SayPro Position Overview:
The Health Behavior Studies Research Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing research projects focused on health behaviors and outcomes. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting literature reviews, and utilizing advanced research methodologies to contribute to impactful studies that drive health improvements.

– Research Design and Implementation: Develop and execute research protocols for studies on health behavior, including participant recruitment, data collection, and analysis.
– Data Management: Oversee data entry, management, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of research data.
– Analysis and Reporting: Conduct statistical analyses and interpret research findings; prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
– Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing literature to inform research design and identify gaps in knowledge.
– Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment and effectiveness of research efforts.

– Education: Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a related field.
– Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in health behavior research or a related field. Experience with research methodologies and statistical analysis is required.
