Duties & Responsibilities
Understand client needs and job specifications.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to comprehend their culture and recruitment needs.
Utilize various methods to attract candidates (job boards, social media, networking).
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
Provide feedback to candidates and clients.
Analyze candidates’ strengths and weaknesses to match them to appropriate job openings.
Present candidates to clients along with relevant information.
Assist in salary negotiations and job offers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Advise clients on hiring strategies and market insights.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and client interactions.
Monitor the success of placements and gather feedback from both clients and candidates.
Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on outcomes.
Attend industry events and networking functions to build a talent pool.
Develop a strong personal brand to attract top candidates.
Collaborate closely with other recruitment consultants and internal teams to share insights and improve processes.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Sales etc)
5 years of experience in Human Resources or recruitment
