Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Aid Officer Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial aid department, ensuring effective communication, and providing support to students in need of financial assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial aid strategies and programs.
- Oversee the administration of financial aid, including scholarships, grants, and loans.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, and financial institutions.
- Organize and oversee financial aid workshops, seminars, and support programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial aid inquiries and concerns.
- Track and report on financial aid activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive financial aid strategies.
- Manage crisis situations and handle issues that may affect student financial well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Aid Officer or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing financial aid services (scholarships, grants, loans).
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
- BSc/BA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
