– Concept Development:Define the festival’s theme, goals, and target audience.
– Feasibility Study:Conduct research to determine the viability of the festival.
– Budget Planning:Create and manage the festival budget, including revenue and expenses.
– Timeline Creation:Develop a detailed timeline and project plan for all festival activities.
2.SayPro Venue Selection and Management
– Venue Research:Identify and select suitable venues for the festival.
– Venue Booking:Secure and contract the festival venue.
– Logistics Coordination:Manage venue logistics, including layout, setup, and breakdown.
– Permits and Licenses:Obtain necessary permits and licenses for the venue and event.
3.SayPro Vendor Management
– Vendor Selection:Identify and select vendors for food, merchandise, and services.
– Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
– Vendor Coordination:Manage vendor setup, operation, and breakdown during the festival.

– Social Media Management:Create and manage social media content and engagement.
