SayPro Position Overview:
SayPro is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Manager to lead our Educational Needs Assessments division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive research projects aimed at identifying and analyzing educational needs across various sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in educational research, data analysis, and project management.

SayPro Key Responsibilities:

– Project Leadership: Design, plan, and manage educational needs assessment projects from inception to completion. Ensure research objectives align with SayPro’s strategic goals and client requirements.

– Research Design and Methodology: Develop and implement robust research methodologies to accurately assess educational needs. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research techniques to gather and analyze data.

– Data Analysis: Analyze research findings to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including educational institutions, policymakers, and community leaders.

– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, analysts, and consultants, to ensure cohesive project execution. Foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support research initiatives.

– Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefs to communicate research findings and recommendations effectively. Tailor communication strategies to diverse audiences.

– Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in educational research and needs assessment. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance research quality and impact.

– Education: Master’s degree or higher in Education, Research, Social Sciences, or a related field.

– Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational research, needs assessment, or a related area. Proven track record of managing research projects and delivering actionable insights.

– Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools. Excellent project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams.

– Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.

– Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and problem solver. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
