SayPro Qualifications:
– Educational Background: A degree in education, social sciences, data analysis, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
– Experience: Proven experience in conducting educational research or needs assessments, including designing research methodologies and analyzing data.
– Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
