Job Summary:
The SayPro Digital Communications TVET College Graduate Intern will support the digital marketing team in executing a wide range of digital communication strategies. This role offers hands-on experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, social media campaigns, online surveys, webinars, direct messaging, chatbots, mobile app notifications, content distribution, and more. The intern will gain exposure to various digital platforms, tools, and techniques while contributing to the organization’s mission to empower youth and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
SayPro Email Marketing Campaigns
- List Management: Organize and segment email lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
- Template Design: Create visually appealing and branded email templates using design tools.
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Personalization: Implement personalization tags to tailor emails according to recipient’s name or interests.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on different email versions to determine the most effective approaches.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns adhere to relevant regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

- Message Creation: Write concise and compelling SMS messages for various campaigns.
- Targeting: Segment the audience for more effective and personalized SMS delivery.
- Scheduling: Set up automated SMS campaigns to ensure timely message delivery.

Qualifications:
- TVET College graduate with a diploma or certificate in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
