Job Description:
SayPro is looking for a skilled Development Partnerships Specialist to support our corporate citizenship and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSR, a passion for social impact, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to implement and manage programs that align with SayPro’s mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SayPro Corporate Citizenship Strategy Development
– Assist in defining the vision and mission for corporate citizenship at SayPro.
– Contribute to the development of policies guiding our corporate citizenship initiatives.
– Engage with stakeholders to align on CSR priorities and help set measurable goals.
– Support the creation of long-term strategic plans for implementing corporate citizenship initiatives.
2. SayPro Community Engagement and Relations
– Conduct assessments to identify and understand the needs of the communities we serve.
– Assist in organizing public consultations to gather input and feedback from community members.
– Help establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations and community leaders.
– Support the planning and execution of community events to foster strong relations.
– Manage and promote employee volunteer programs to enhance community engagement.
3.SayPro Social Impact Projects
– Contribute to the design and planning of projects that address social issues and community needs.
– Assist in developing and managing implementation plans for social impact projects.
– Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring objectives are met and impacts are measured.
– Assist in reporting on project outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
– Support sustainability planning to ensure the long-term success of social impact initiatives.
4.SayPro Environmental Responsibility
– AssSayProist in the development of sustainability programs aimed at reducing environmental impact.
– Support the implementation of energy efficiency initiatives and waste management strategies.
– Help obtain green certifications and promote eco-friendly products and practices.
5.SayPro Ethical Business Practices
– Support the establishment and enforcement of a code of conduct promoting ethical behavior.
– Assist in the development and delivery of training on ethical practices and compliance.
– Help conduct audits to ensure adherence to ethical standards.
– Assist in implementing anti-corruption measures and whistleblower policies.
6.SayPro Employee Well-being and Development
– Support the development of health and wellness programs for employees.
– Assist in providing training and career development opportunities.
– Help implement initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance within the workplace.
7.SayPro Philanthropy and Charitable Giving
– Support the management of charitable donations, matching gift programs, and in-kind contributions.
– Assist in managing grants and organizing fundraising events for community initiatives.
8.SayPro Education and Training Initiatives
– Assist in managing scholarship programs and educational partnerships.
– Help organize and promote educational workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
– Support the development of community learning centers.
9SayPro Human Rights and Labor Practices
– Assist in developing and enforcing human rights and fair labor practices within SayPro’s operations.
– Help monitor supply chain partners for compliance with labor standards and support anti-discrimination initiatives.
10.SayPro Disaster Relief and Emergency Response
– Support the development of disaster response and emergency preparedness plans.
– Assist in coordinating relief efforts and recovery programs in response to crises.
11.SayPro Health and Safety Initiatives
– Assist in implementing workplace safety programs, health screenings, and safety training.
– Help conduct emergency response drills and health and safety audits.
12.SayPro Economic Development and Empowerment
– Support programs that promote local business development, job creation, and economic empowerment.
– Assist in managing economic grants and skill development programs.
13.SayPro Transparency and Reporting
– Assist in the development and publication of CSR reports.
– Support communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed of CSR activities and outcomes.
14.SayPro Innovation and Technology for Social Good
– Contribute to the development of technology solutions that address social issues.
– Assist in fostering innovation for social impact through partnerships with tech NGOs.
15.SayPro Environmental Stewardship Programs
– Support conservation projects and the implementation of green building practices.
– Help promote sustainable supply chain practices and climate action initiatives.
16.SayPro Community Health and Wellness Programs
– Assist in providing health education and supporting community health clinics.
– Help implement mental health support and preventive health programs.
17.SayPro Cultural and Artistic Support
– Assist in sponsoring local arts and cultural events and supporting community arts programs.
– Help manage artist grants and support the creation of public art installations.
18.SayPro Access to Basic Services
– Support efforts to improve access to clean water, sanitation, healthcare, and education.
– Assist in providing transportation solutions and emergency aid for underserved communities.
19.SayPro Global and Local Partnerships
– Support SayPro’s involvement in global CSR projects and local community partnerships.
– Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of partnerships.
20.SayPro Employee Engagement and Participation
– Assist in providing employees with opportunities to engage in CSR activities.
– Help organize CSR workshops and gather feedback from employees on CSR initiatives.
– Support recognition programs that highlight and reward employee contributions to CSR.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in CSR, community engagement, or a related area.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
– Passion for social impact and sustainable development.
