Job Description:
SayPro is seeking a proactive and dedicated Development Partnerships Officer to support our wide range of CSR initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage programs that align with SayPro’s mission. You will play a key role in driving our corporate citizenship strategy, fostering community engagement, and ensuring the successful execution of social impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.SayPro Corporate Citizenship Strategy Development
– Assist in defining and articulating the vision and mission for SayPro’s corporate citizenship.
– Support the development and implementation of policies guiding our corporate citizenship efforts.
– Engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and support goal setting.
– Contribute to the creation and execution of long-term strategic plans for corporate citizenship.

2.SayPro Community Engagement and Relations
– Conduct assessments to identify and understand community needs.
– Assist in organizing public consultations to gather community input and feedback.
– Support partnership building with local organizations and community leaders.
– Help plan and execute community events that foster strong relations.
– Assist in the development and management of employee volunteer programs.

3.SayPro Social Impact Projects
– Support the design and planning of projects addressing social issues and community needs.
– Assist in developing implementation plans for project execution and management.
– Help monitor project progress and evaluate impact.
– Contribute to transparent reporting on project outcomes and financials.
– Assist in planning for the long-term sustainability of social impact initiatives.

4.SayPro Environmental Responsibility
– Support the development of sustainability programs aimed at reducing environmental impact.
– Assist in implementing energy efficiency initiatives and waste management strategies.
– Help promote eco-friendly products and practices within the organization.

5.SayPro Ethical Business Practices
– Assist in enforcing a code of conduct promoting ethical behavior within SayPro.
– Support training sessions on ethical practices and compliance.
– Assist in conducting audits to ensure adherence to ethical standards.

6.SayPro Employee Well-being and Development
– Support the development of health and wellness programs for employees.
– Assist in providing training and career development opportunities.
– Help implement initiatives that support work-life balance and promote diversity and inclusion.

7.SayPro Philanthropy and Charitable Giving
– Assist in managing charitable donations, matching gift programs, and in-kind contributions.
– Help organize fundraising events and manage grant distribution to support community initiatives.

8.SayPro Education and Training Initiatives
– Support scholarship programs, educational partnerships, and mentorship initiatives.
– Assist in planning and hosting educational workshops and seminars.

9.SayPro Human Rights and Labor Practices
– Support the development and enforcement of human rights and fair labor practices.
– Assist in monitoring supply chain partners for adherence to labor standards.

10.SayPro Disaster Relief and Emergency Response
– Assist in developing disaster response and emergency preparedness plans.
– Support coordination of relief efforts and post-disaster recovery programs.

11.SayPro Health and Safety Initiatives
– Support the implementation of workplace safety programs and health screening initiatives.
– Assist in providing safety training and conducting emergency response drills.

12.SayPro Economic Development and Empowerment
– Support local business initiatives, job creation programs, and microfinance projects.
– Assist in developing economic grants and skill development programs.

13.SayPro Transparency and Reporting
– Help develop and publish CSR reports, communicate efforts to stakeholders, and measure impact.
– Assist in conducting annual reviews of CSR performance and ensuring transparency.

14.SayPro Innovation and Technology for Social Good
– Support technology solutions addressing social issues and foster innovation labs for social impact.
– Assist in promoting digital inclusion and collaborating with tech-focused NGOs.

15.SayPro Environmental Stewardship Programs
– Support conservation projects, green building initiatives, and sustainable supply chain practices.
– Assist in raising awareness about environmental issues through public campaigns.

16.SayPro Community Health and Wellness Programs
– Help provide health education, mental health support, and promote fitness and recreational activities.

17.SayPro Cultural and Artistic Support
– Assist in sponsoring local arts and cultural events, and supporting community arts programs.

18.SayPro Access to Basic Services
– Support initiatives that improve access to water, sanitation, healthcare, and education.

19.SayPro Global and Local Partnerships
– Assist in engaging in global CSR projects, local community partnerships, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.

20.SayPro Employee Engagement and Participation
– Help provide employees with opportunities to participate in CSR activities and encourage employee giving programs.
– Assist in gathering employee feedback and recognizing contributions to CSR efforts.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR, community development, or related roles.
– Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
– Passion for social impact, sustainability, and community engagement.
