Job Overview:
SayPro is looking for an experienced freelance consultant to support our Corporate Citizenship and Community Engagement efforts. This role will involve working with us to develop and implement strategies across various CSR areas, including corporate citizenship, community relations, social impact projects, and more. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Corporate Citizenship Strategy Development
– Define the vision and mission for corporate citizenship.
– Develop and implement policies to guide corporate citizenship initiatives.
– Engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives.
– Establish specific, measurable goals for corporate citizenship efforts.
– Create a long-term strategic plan for implementing initiatives.
2.SayPro Community Engagement and Relations
– Conduct assessments to understand community needs and priorities.
– Hold public consultations to gather community input and feedback.
– Build and manage partnerships with local organizations and leaders.
– Organize and oversee community events to foster relations.
– Create and manage volunteer programs for employee engagement.
3.SayPro Social Impact Projects
– Design projects that address social issues and community needs.
– Develop plans for project execution and management.
– Monitor and evaluate project progress and impact.
– Report on project outcomes and financials, ensuring transparency.
– Plan for the long-term sustainability of social impact projects.
4.SayPro Environmental Responsibility
– Develop programs to reduce environmental impact.
– Implement energy-saving measures and technologies.
– Create strategies for waste reduction, recycling, and disposal.
– Obtain green certifications and promote eco-friendly practices.

– Establish and enforce a code of conduct for ethical behavior.
– Conduct training on ethical practices and compliance.

– Develop and offer health and wellness programs.

– Develop and implement disaster response plans and protocols.
