SayPro Position Overview:
As a Curriculum Evaluation Research Specialist at SayPro you will play a pivotal role in assessing and improving our curriculum programs. You will design and conduct comprehensive evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of our educational offerings. – Evaluation Design: Develop and implement robust evaluation frameworks and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of curriculum programs.
– Data Collection & Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate curriculum performance identify trends and generate actionable insights.
– Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize evaluation findings highlight areas for improvement and provide recommendations for curriculum enhancements.
– Collaboration: Work closely with curriculum developers educators and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure evaluations align with educational goals and objectives.
– Research: Stay abreast of the latest research in curriculum design and evaluation integrating best practices and innovative approaches into evaluation processes.
– Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of curriculum evaluation strategies and tools ensuring they remain effective and aligned with industry standards.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Education: Master’s degree in Education Research Methodology Psychology or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
– Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum evaluation educational research or a similar role. Experience in educational technology or instructional design is advantageous.
– Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SPSS Excel R) and qualitative research methods. Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
– Attributes: Detail-oriented with a passion for improving educational outcomes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
