Position Title: Curriculum Evaluation Research Fellow

Overview:
SayPro is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Curriculum Evaluation Research Fellow to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of educational curricula by conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. SayPro Key Responsibilities:
– Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of educational curricula through quantitative and qualitative research methods. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness and impact of current curricula.
– Data Management: Collect, manage, and process data from various sources, including surveys, assessments, and educational outcomes.
– Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, including recommendations for curriculum improvements based on data analysis.
– Collaboration: Work closely with curriculum developers, educators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives. Collaborate on developing strategies for curriculum enhancements.
– Literature Review: Stay updated with the latest research and trends in curriculum development and educational evaluation. Incorporate relevant findings into evaluation practices.
– Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovative approaches to curriculum evaluation and contribute ideas for new methodologies and tools.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Education: Master’s degree or higher in Education, Research, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates with a strong background in educational research or curriculum development are preferred.
– Experience: Prior experience in curriculum evaluation, educational research, or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation is a must.
– Skills: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
– Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python) and data visualization tools. Experience with educational assessment tools is a plus.
