Job Summary: The SayPro Corporate Videos Service Volunteer will be responsible for assisting in the creation and production of various types of corporate videos that align with the organization’s goals and branding. This role involves participation in all stages of video production, from strategy development to post-production and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, creativity, and an understanding of video production processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Video Strategy Development 

• Objective Setting: Define clear goals and objectives for each video project. 

• Target Audience Research: Identify and analyze the target audience to tailor video content. 

• Content Planning: Plan the type of content and key messages to be conveyed. 

• Budget Planning: Assist in estimating and allocating budgets for video production. 

• Distribution Strategy: Develop strategies for distributing and promoting videos across various platforms. 

SayPro Concept and Script Development 

• Concept Brainstorming: Collaborate on generating creative ideas and concepts for videos. 

• Script Writing: Assist in writing detailed scripts or storyboards. 

• Script Review and Approval: Participate in reviewing scripts and obtaining necessary approvals. 

• Visual Storyboarding: Help create storyboards to visualize the flow of the video. 

• Narrative Development: Contribute to developing compelling narratives that resonate with the audience. 

SayPro Pre-Production Planning 

• Location Scouting: Assist in identifying and securing locations for filming. 

• Talent Casting: Participate in casting talent, including actors or on-screen presenters. 

• Equipment Rental: Support in arranging necessary video equipment and props. 

• Scheduling: Help create production schedules and timelines. 

• Permits and Licenses: Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses for filming.

• Filming: Capture video footage according to the script and storyboard. 

• Direction: Assist in directing talent and crew to achieve desired performance and visuals. 

• Sound Recording: Help record high-quality audio, including dialogue and sound effects.

• Camera Operation: Support camera operation and capture video from various angles.

• Video Editing: Help in cutting and assembling footage to create the final video.
