Job Summary: As a SayPro Corporate Videos Service University Graduate Intern, you will play a vital role in the planning, creation, and distribution of video content that aligns with SayPro’s objectives and enhances the organization’s brand. You will work closely with various departments to produce high-quality video materials for marketing, training, internal communications, and other corporate purposes. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in video production, from concept development to post-production and distribution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Video Strategy Development 

• Objective Setting: Assist in defining the goals and objectives for video projects to ensure alignment with SayPro’s mission. 

• Target Audience Research: Conduct research to identify and analyze the target audience for each video project. 

• Content Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan the type of content and messages to be conveyed through videos. 

• Budget Planning: Participate in estimating and allocating the budget for video production. 

• Distribution Strategy: Help develop strategies for distributing and promoting videos across various platforms. 

SayPro Concept and Script Development 

• Concept Brainstorming: Participate in generating creative ideas and concepts for video content. 

• Script Writing: Assist in writing detailed scripts or storyboards for video projects. 

• Script Review and Approval: Help review scripts and seek approval from stakeholders. 

• Visual Storyboarding: Contribute to creating storyboards to visualize the flow and structure of videos. 

• Narrative Development: Assist in developing compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience. 

SayPro Pre-Production Planning 

• Location Scouting: Support in identifying and securing suitable filming locations. 

• Talent Casting: Assist in casting actors, presenters, or on-screen talent for video projects.

• Permits and Licenses: Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses for filming.

• Filming: Participate in capturing video footage according to the script and storyboard. 

• Direction: Assist in directing actors and crew to achieve the desired performance and visuals. 

• Sound Recording: Help record audio, including dialogue and sound effects, during filming. 

• Lighting: Support the setup and adjustment of lighting to ensure optimal video quality. 

• Camera Operation: Learn and assist in operating cameras and capturing video from various angles.

• Video Editing: Assist in cutting and assembling footage to create the final video product. 

• Color Correction: Support the process of adjusting color balance and grading for consistency. 

• Sound Editing: Help edit and mix audio tracks, including dialogue, music, and sound effects.

• Subtitling and Captioning: Assist in adding subtitles and captions for accessibility and clarity.

• Interactive Elements: Support the integration of interactive elements into virtual tour videos. 

• Final Editing: Assist in editing virtual tour videos for a seamless and engaging experience. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. 

• Basic knowledge of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production. 

• Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• A passion for video production and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field. 

Duration: This is a 6 to 12-month internship position with the possibility of extension or a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.
