Job Summary: The Corporate Branded Materials Specialist is responsible for designing, producing, and managing a wide range of branded materials to maintain and enhance the corporate identity of SayPro. This role involves creating professional, eye-catching materials that align with the organization’s branding guidelines and strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Business Cards 

• Design: Create a professional and visually appealing design for business cards. 

• Printing: Select high-quality printing options to ensure durability and a premium feel. 

• Customization: Personalize business cards with names, titles, and contact information. 

• Formats: Provide various formats (standard, mini, etc.) to meet different needs. 

SayPro Letterheads 

• Design: Integrate branding elements such as logos and color schemes into letterhead designs. 

• Templates: Develop templates to ensure consistent use across the organization. 

• Printing: Choose high-quality paper for a professional appearance. 

• Digital Versions: Create digital letterhead templates for electronic communication. 

SayPro Envelopes 

• Design: Align envelope designs with letterhead and overall branding. 

• Sizes: Offer various sizes (standard, window, etc.) to suit different needs. 

• Printing: Ensure high-quality printing for a polished look. 

• Personalization: Include company logos, addresses, and return addresses. 

SayPro Brochures 

• Design: Develop visually appealing layouts that reflect brand identity. 

• Content: Write engaging content highlighting services or products.
