We are looking for a passionate and skilled volunteer to assist in our Content Management Services, playing a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and communication efforts. 

Position Overview:
The Content Management Services Volunteer will assist in developing, creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in content strategy, creation, and management within a dynamic and impactful organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Content Strategy Development 

  • Content Audit: Assess existing content to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Goal Setting: Define content objectives aligned with SayPro’s mission and business goals. 
  • Audience Research: Analyze target audiences to tailor content effectively. 
  • Content Calendar Creation: Develop and maintain a schedule for content publication and promotion. 
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ content strategies for insights and best practices. 

SayPro Content Creation 

  • Article Writing: Craft engaging articles and blog posts that resonate with our audience. 
  • Copywriting: Write persuasive copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and website content. 
  • Graphic Design: Design visuals such as infographics, banners, and social media images. 
  • Video Production: Assist in creating and editing corporate videos, explainer videos, and product demos. 
  • Content Formatting: Format content for various platforms and media types to ensure consistency and readability. 

SayPro Content Management System (CMS) Setup 

  • CMS Selection: Help choose the appropriate CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) for our needs. 
  • CMS Installation: Assist in installing and configuring the chosen CMS. 
  • Template Design: Support the design and customization of CMS templates and themes. 
  • Plugin Integration: Integrate plugins and extensions to enhance website functionality. 
  • User Management: Set up user roles and permissions within the CMS to manage content access.

  • Content Inventory: Catalog existing content for migration to the new CMS. 
  • Data Mapping: Map content from old systems to the new CMS, ensuring a smooth transition. 
  • Migration Execution: Execute the content migration process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
